\J	This is to accept your kind offer to visit Kyoto University from
March 25 thru June 30 on the terms outlined in your letter.  I have not
yet received the necessary sabbatical leave, but Professor Floyd, the
chairman of our department, anticipates no difficulty.

	I can come a few days before March 25 if that will make it easier
to get settled, or does the March 25 date already allow some time for that?
I can lecture either on mathematical theory of computation or on the the
representation problem in artificial intelligence.  I think the material
on the representation problem will be newer for the potential audience, but
there also may be less interest.  I will be guided by your desires in the
matter.
